I'm an Air Force veteran who spent over 15 years leading teams of up to 150 people through decisions where the cost of getting it wrong was real, not theoretical. That kind of pressure teaches you fast that the hardest part of leadership usually isn't the decision itself. It's not having anyone to think it through with before you have to commit.

I work with leaders and business owners facing the kind of decision that doesn't come with a clean playbook, but those where you have plenty of information but not enough clarity. My job is to challenge you in a way your own organization can't. I don't report to your board, manage your team, or have a stake in which way you decide.
