The Decision Clarity Checklist

Five questions to ask before you commit to your next high-stakes decision.

What information am I missing, versus what clarity am I missing?

You may have plenty of data and still feel stuck. That’s not an information problem. Name which one you’re actually facing.

Who in the room has a stake in the outcome?

List everyone weighing in. For each person, ask: are they giving me their honest read, or their interested read?

What am I avoiding saying out loud?

The option you haven’t said yet is usually the one worth examining first.

What does my gut say, and can I defend it on paper?

If your instinct and your logic disagree, that gap is where the real decision lives.

If I had to decide in the next 10 minutes, what would I choose?

This cuts through analysis paralysis. Decide quickly, then compare it to where you land after you’ve actually thought it through. The gap between the two tells you something worth paying attention to.

If you got through this and still don’t have clarity, that’s exactly what the Decision Clarity Sprint is for. Book a free clarity call.
